HEY, HI, HELLO!

I'm Xia Light, a multidisciplinary designer from Laguna Beach, California, and a recent graduate of UC Davis with a degree in Design. I've always been drawn to all things creative like music, art, fashion, jewelry, and anything beautifully made. Somewhere along the way, that curiosity turned into a real passion for design.

I believe that good design is more than just how something looks. It's about how it functions, who it reaches, and what it can change for those experiencing it. To me, the best design combines form and function together in a way that is thoughtful and purposeful, changing the world around us for the better.

Getting there starts with an open mind. Every person and every experience brings a different perspective, and I've found that some of the best solutions come from listening and observing first, taking the time to understand where others are coming from rather than jumping to conclusions. This mindset shapes not only how I design, but who I am.
